A super delicious alternative to the traditional peanut butter, this cashew cream has all the good stuff in it while tasting like all the naughty stuff you know you love...
Here's what you'll need
2 cups of cashews (soaked overnight)
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
3 teaspoons of cacao powder
1 vanilla bean (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup of water
Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender for 1 minute, or until smooth.
It's THAT simple.
Its best served after a bit of refrigeration. Enjoy with berries, pancakes, apple slices.... Really, anything!
