WEARING | POPPY PANTS

By Emily Beetleshack
The original author of The Beetle Shack, Emily is a chronic over sharer and collector of unnecessary consumer goods. In a past life Emily was a high school Visual Arts teacher. She always enjoyed the ‘naughty’ kids the most; the ones who were resistant to following the rules and questioned the boundaries. They were interesting, challenging and funny. When she was pregnant with her first child she could be heard saying, “I hope I have a cheeky child, one that speaks his mind and is rebellious in nature”. Unsurprisingly, she did. In the archives of the Beetle Shack you'll find her tales of raising her own ‘spirited’ children whilst swanning about the house dressed as a fruit salad.

Okay okay, so I'm back from holidays but since then I've been VERY busy getting my young Zephie off to school each morning - HELLOOO KINDY! I'm so in love with that kid it's crazy. He is just loving it- perfect timing, perfect pace, perfect place.

Can't believe my baby is at school! Can't believe I haven't written all about it here!!

Anyways, it's Wednesday so that means a wearing post. Snooze.

Corsair Cami (seriously my most worn top) | Size M

    1. ehheiieee I like the way you think! They're great together without the Cami too… or any old white singlet would do the trick!

  2. I really love your little byeline at the top:) I also have some children like that, whilst exhausting at times having children who speak their mind it's certainly healthy for them

    1. I always tell myself that while they may kill me, their mother, they will do very well in life. Being able to speak up is an asset to be sure!

  3. Hehe, you're funny. That outfit is not a snooze at all, but then again, I reckon you could totally curl up in a hammock and be comfy as hell in it. So maybe it's the right word. Beautiful pic lady xox
