1. Little Pippi greeting Annie the chook. She is the dearly loved chook (originally belonging to Jo) that hatched these treasures for us.
2. Presents in the mail for Pippi's second birthday (less than a week away). Enclosed is this totally irresistible necklace, this story book doll and this highly appropriate addition to the toy kitchen.
3. When it's 45 degrees at 3 in the afternoon there is nothing to do other than let the children do whatever the hell they want while you stay stationary on the couch. They chose to paint paper animals, the table and themselves (all black).
4. 'Mum, I working'
5. The dragon palm in our back yard. We've been told this tree would fetch up to 20K - Want to buy it? It's yours.
6. The most adorable face on the most adorable boy. Watching him grow up is bringing Dave and I and abundance of joy at pride at the moment.
I hope your week has been delightful, my friends.
Feel free to add your link below so we can see what you're up to.

Oh, I love that Dragon Palm - talk about prolific! And how cute is your little Pippi - her little profile in the chicken shot is just so adorable!
ReplyDeleteLove the first shot of Pippi with Annie the chook, so gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteYou had me at the first image, Em - gorgeous Lady Baby and happy chicken! I was head over heels in love by that last photo of Zeph. Adorable.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a beautiful week...with more let-the-children-do-whatever-the-hell-they-want-while-you-stay-stationary-on-the-couch moments ;)

ReplyDelete"Pippi and Annie the chook"...methinks there is a children's book there!! Your babies are little rays of sunshine Em. Booo to 45 degrees...yay to not moving off the lounge. Hope your week is a gorgeous (and cool) one. :) x
ReplyDelete45 degrees! Yikes, i thought it was hot here but that is craziness. Hope it's cooled off a tad for you all. That 'mum, i'm working' shot is a regular is our place as well. Conducting baby business..
ReplyDeletePippi looks so cute, but I want your chook! I have been trying to convince Justin we need at least three chickens, they would be the perfect accompaniment to my vegi patch. Is it hard looking after Annie? How many do you have?

Hope you get more days on the couch, but without the heat this week Em, love the chook photo and happy birthday little Pippi!
ReplyDeletei love Pippi's expression towards the chook, and how you've kept her away from her present long enough to snap a picture...its wrapped so nicely! I made a kids a tent from a bed sheet and a few pegs so I could flop on the couch (undisturbed)...much cleaner than black paint! oh wishing you cooler weather xx
ReplyDeleteI love Pippi working on the computer, so very cute. I hope things cool down for you there 45 degrees is just way too hot to do anything. Have a wonderful week. xx
