Zeph: Grubby boy hands, timber off cuts and a tiny skateboard. One word - content. (Eli, we have your tiny skateboard)
Pippi: Honey Girl, this photo (and those that accompany it) will be on display at your 21st birthday party. You are outrageous. It's not uncommon for me to find you running a bath for yourself, wearing nothing but a pair of goggles. On this occasion you announced 'mum, i'm wearin' my doggles in da barf. I'm puttin' my head under the wader. Yook mum!' (can't help laughing out loud every time i look at this)
As always, i'm joining in on the 52 Project and will see you on Sunday evening for the Stills Collection link up.

These photos are priceless. I'm doing this too this year. Time for more photos/blogging/reflecting/journalling. It helps that I now have a DSLR. Can't put the bloody thing down now!
ReplyDeleteHappy new year you! x
Oh Em, Pippi talks like my little one! Except she calls goggles 'gobbles'. Love the pics :) Precious...

ReplyDeleteI hope you are having a great weekend!
Oh, beautiful! Honey girl - love that:) These memories are soooo precious, aren't they? Love the stuff they say when they are little. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteHa! My little Isabelle (the same age has Pippi) has been doing EXACTLY the same thing - walking around in her brothers orange goggles from his builders set ... according to said brother they make her 'invisable'. Cute pics x
ReplyDeleteDoes lady baby remind you of you? She is such a vivacious, gorgeous little girl!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, loved your latest comment. I have no problems getting zits on my chin whatsoever...

p.s. Funny, you're all set up for the 52 linkup, and I'm all set up for linking up to your Sunday evening stills! :)
Cute! My daughter Juliette calls goggles, 'diddles' I love it and get her to say it often!
ReplyDeleteAww, I just want to squeeeeeze her!
ReplyDeleteWe have goggles like that at our place and they are a dead set favourite with all the kids, 8,5 and 2 years old. We have some very similar shots! Sone toys attain such high status over others- and it's often very unexpected! Lovely snapshots in time of your 2.
ReplyDeleteawwh such sweet photos. I'm in love.

yes i have a boy that loves to get grubby and messy and plays with anything with wheels. As for Pippe - that is just adorable! My miss has a penchant for spending summer in not much but her knickers! Oh to be a kid again x
ReplyDeleteSweet little lady! I am between the "yook!" stages with my kids, the last one to do that is now 6 and the babe can't talk yet, but I remember it fondly and look forward with excitement!

Gorgeous Em! I just love 2 year olds (and very nearly 2 year olds) 'accents' - the way they drop letters and change words. So sweet. Xo
