I'm absolutely loving peachy hues this Spring. This super fine woollen scarf by Bay and Fyfe has been the perfect accessory so far. It adds a little bit of extra warmth when needed and looks delicious on the end of the bed when not being worn. As a bonus, I picked up this perfectly matching fruity skirt from Kmart for about $10.

Does c/o mean those items were gifted to you?
ReplyDeleteHey Candice, yeah c/o stands for 'care of'. those items have been gifted.

I love the purple too- it's a bit stronger and feels more autumn winter to me but would still be l.o.v.e.r.l.y!
DeleteThanks, Em, I really appreciate your reply. I know it sounds odd, but I'd much rather see stuff that people love because they love it and not only because it came to them for free. Not that I don't understand the love of the free item - the deliciousness of wearing something beautiful that cost nothing is a miraculous pick me up. I also absolutely support bloggers in making money through sponsorship and other ventures on their blogs. I say huzzah! and well done you for tapping that action. Those few extra dollars certainly make life that little bit easier. Just sometimes I'm not savvy enough to know what is sponsored text and what is true love - do you know what I mean? Anyway - that is me off my soapbox. Enjoy your weekend!
DeleteI've actually been including 'gifted' items for some time but have never added them as c/o. I have only just started doing that so it's interesting to here your opinion. I don't include products that I don;t like/ wouldn't really wear so i suppose true love still applies ;)
Deletethanks for your view on the sponsored blogging thing. It's actually really refreshing to hear that people are okay with bloggers making money from their efforts.
