As the warmer months approach our chook feeding ritual has become even more delightful. Each morning and each afternoon we pull on our gumboots and trot down to the coup in convoy, kitchen scraps in tow.

While the chooks are distracted by fresh food, the kids collect the eggs.

As the years come and go our rituals change and evolve. There is something ever so comforting about simple, mundane routine.
