Today, a friend popped in with a bag of vintage goodies and a home made meal (with produce from her own garden). I was reminded of the goodness of my creator and inspired to be a little less selfish. Thanks Kell.

How wonderful. I was reminded of lots of goodness tonight, after I've felt a bit flat for the last few days, when I popped outside into the garden with a wee torch to pick spinach leaves, rocket and spring onion for our salad.
