For me, a scarf is the perfect way to hide grubby fingerprints and unwanted bulges. It can cover a multitude of sins and can be worn in twenty seven million ways. You can loosely wrap it around your neck or drape it over your shoulders, you can use it to cover your hair when dashing from the car to house or to shield a sleeping baby from the suns rays. Plus, they can easily make a daggy Nana outfit a tiny bit cooler.
See, I totally know stuff about fashion (eehum)
oh would you look at that, a typo ... perfect.

Em. Your hair. Perfection.
ReplyDeleteOh another gorgeous ensemble Em! And I am with you on the scarf... I have SO many, in SO many different colours and patterns and textures, for that very reason. I like mine either loosely draped around the neck OR if it's a bit cooler, the old ends through the loop and bunch it around the neck look... I'm not even sure what I've described there... but I think (hope) you get the gist, haha! xo
ReplyDeleteP.S. You are P.retty!

Oh, I'm with you all the way with the scarf trick - my go-to staple for covering bulges, breakouts, wobbles and wibbles of every description! There's a fab diagram out there somewhere on the interwebs that demonstrates twenty-seven (actually I think it's about 9) different ways to tie a scarf, and I proudly wear them all :) No nana here!
