At 18 months Zeph stopped wearing nappies when he was awake, about 10 months later he stopped wearing them for his day sleeps. And for the past few weeks he has been wearing no nappy to bed. That's no nappies at all, peeps. Excellent stuff. So what if I have to change his sheets every second morning.
What a little legend.
I can't get enough of his early morning face and his 'mum, i haven't seen you in 12 whole hours' smile.
Seriously, there is nothing better in the entire universe than my kids your own kids.
You look so fine over here, Em!
ReplyDeleteCan't believe you get to wake your boy up... it's little faces screaming good morning in my ear that I wake to. I'd much prefer a sweet little smile! x
He looks so much older in these pictures.. I think it is the hair off the face..that smile is just scrumdidly!
ReplyDeletehe stopped wearing nappies at 18 months?! thats amaze! my son is 22 months and today went nappy free. he was rubbing his little doodle on every possible surface. after a constant boner, i decided i would put a nappy back on. there is only so much a mother can take! :D
ReplyDeleteI don't know you (hello!), but your comment made me literally laugh out loud and cover my face with i-so-know-what-you're-talking-about-ness! "Hands away!" is a constant refrain around our house...
DeleteFantastic...big boy...with the sweetest morning face...just want to pinch those cheeks :)
ReplyDeleteGoodness he is precious! How old is your little boy? I love his green bedding. :)
ReplyDeletePotty training is the best when it is over. Enjoy!
Oh he is such a cutie and looks just like a mini you in that shot. and the toilet training, Frankly it's a miracle for a boy to toilet train under 3 so well done. Still cannot believe you get to wake your children up! I could too if I got up at 4.30 in the morning. melx
ReplyDeleteBig congratulations! Tumultuous is the word for our journey to knickerdom with Matilda too. I mean, why interrupt the fun to trek off to the toilet when you can wee on the floor and keep on playing? I am determined to disprove all the gender stereotypes by having an easier time of it with the boy child. Bx
ReplyDeleteAw! He is so beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations - I am green with envy! I'm about to start a big campaign with my two... and I'm scared. I'm very, very scared! (Beautiful photos!)
ReplyDeleteWe are currently toilet training too... Cannot believe how much extra washing there is!!! It's still early days for us, but I'm hoping to have a smiling girl with knickers on greet me in the mornings soon too. :) xx
ReplyDeleteMmmm loving that wake-up face. I wish Logan would greet me that way - he's such a grump in the morning!
ReplyDeleteThat doona cover = devine!
ReplyDeleteNo nappy to bed??!! High-five! .. had a memory-lane re-read of the 'poo in the floor' ... crying tears of laughter ... having just picked up a few nice firm turdlets from the bathroom floor myself (!!!) like a freakin' hansel and gretel bread crumb trail!! toilets and toddlers ... one of life's great challenges .. you and your gorgeous boy are to be congratulated! i do love keeping up with all the happenings at the beetle shack!
ReplyDeleteWOO! High five!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to know those morning smiles keep coming as they get older ;) Melt.

Wow that's fantastic! Grace is in knickers during the day, but still has pull-ups for her nap and bedtime - I haven't ventured down that path just yet... :)
ReplyDeleteWay to go little guy! Yes, nappies.....I'll be glad to see the end of them. Frank goes to the potty for poos, which I am pretty happy about at 16months. But we are a long way off yet :)

Well done Zeph! We've been dry for quite some time now but still can't get the boy out of nappies for the big ones. Amazing how controlled they can be about it. I cannot wait for the day he's properly out of nappies. Gorgeous pics too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! Well done mum, no nappy. My first was toilet trained early, but the 2nd isn't intersted at all. sigh.
ReplyDeleteGo Zeph! You rock buddy. :)
Just wanted to show off, lol, my youngest son never wore a nappy again from 12mths old, day or night !! how lucky was that !! wish the other 3 had been as quick, they were all done by 2yrs old.
