See You In A Couple Of Weeks

The other night we had a little farewell dinner for our sister and brother in law who are moving to a new town for the foreseeable future. This town is a little far away for my liking and we are all going to miss them crazy.

This is the guilty couple right here.

Each and every event in this family is marked by the sharing of food and wine. This was no different- we ate and drank and loudly laughed. We watched as sun turned the sky pink before casting our gaze to the glorious neon glow of the iphone - a brief viewing of a place we will visit often.

See you in a couple of weeks, dudes. Love you too much.

  3. Looks like a wonderful time. The only perk of having family live far away is that it makes you realize how much you love getting to see them and cherish the moments that you get to visit! I feel your pain :).

  5. Lovely blog Emily. We love in a lucky country, great produce to prepare and share with the ones we love. A big prosperous country that enables us to explore different lifestyles. Make your sister something special to put in her new abode!
