New Old

Something needed changing after the introduction of these chairs. We talked over a few ideas and decided that something MUST be done, a pendant light, caster wheels, orchids... or a new glass cabinet?!

My darling mum generously passed this sucker my way and I have to say, I feel like a grown up having it in my house. It's currently a pretty heavy, dark piece of furniture but a coat of white to the inside should liven it up a bit. I shuffled the frames around and stole the chalkboard from here.

An improvement?

jackie, what do you think?

While you're here- have a look at what the postie sent me!

  1. Looks so much better now! And I think the little cabinet thingy will look great just painted on the inside! It's funny how some things just need to spend a little time sitting around before you figure out what works!
