The Start Of A Long Weekend

We christened the little wood burning BBQ with some home made sausages and Moroccan lamb followed by picnic on the grass. The air was crisp and the rain had not yet set in. And it reminded me - Summer is almost here. I can feel the sting of the hot sun on my skin as we speak. It's almost time to dig out the paella pan and invite the masses to eat off paper plates with plastic forks. Casual gatherings are a go-go.

What are you most looking forward to about summer (or winter if you're on the flip side)?
