A Big Circle (of sorts)

There are golden moments in life and when you have a toddler they are frequent. At The Beetle Shack we are focusing on numbers, shapes and colours with the Young Man. I think he really has the hang of it.

Today he approached me, poked his teeny tiny index finger at my tummy and said "mummy- thats a big, big, big, big round circle".

Excellent.

  1. Let me tell you, it doesn't get any better as they get older! I went swimming with my eight year old the other day, and I asked her if it bothered her that I did laps while she had her lesson. She told me SHE wasn't worried, but, I SHOULD be, what with' THOSE'...this said whilst patting my thighs.
    Hmmm. NICE.

  6. BRILLIANT! I love a good toddler comment. We were in stitches yesterday morning, as Mr3 saw hubby doing a nudey dash into the shower. As he ran past, he did a little dance, while covering his bits & pieces... to which Mr3 squawked "Aw GROSS!" Made hubby feel reeeeally good about himself!
Out of the mouths of babes ;o) xo
