The Rainy Day Room

 After a very rainy (and annoying) weekend, I decided to get out my Sam Scarborough inspired (see 'Cool Spaces For Kids') 'Rainy Day Room' and...







 throw it over the dining room table.

It's the prefect time of year to bring it out, fill it with cushions, rugs and soft toys. Oh and a hammer, drill, screwdriver, chainsaw, tape measure, set square, hard hat, vice..... 'Okay, let's get building' the Young Man says.

  8. Haha Love it! My little big man would fill it with tools and cars and blocks too!
    I think this concept is golden! I saw it on another blog the other day and was blown away by how simple it looks and such a fun indoor option.
    Now even more incentive to give our 'round' dining table the big flick... which I have been wanting to do for ages ;o)

  16. Fantastic. Perfect for winter days - my kids are continually trying to make a cubby under my clothes horse whilst things are drying out of the rain. This is a much better idea!!
