These New York Brothers have sparked an interest in artisan chocolate making. Today our first order of cocoa beans arrived and tonight, the process of lovingly roasting and winnowing them begins. Our house is filled with the aroma of rich dark chocolate (why did I eat all of Humpty Dumpty already? I need him now!) and the kitchen is warm from the oven's glow. Next the beans will be ground and refined to a smooth cocoa liquor. I know, I know, it sounds too good... maybe a nip of baileys is in order, just to tide me over.
